Door panels, seats, etc are certainly ruined.
Your ECU is ruined. Your electrical harness should be discarded and replaced. If you have mold, which you probably do unless you let the car air out with a fan for days after the incident, you will need a special cleaning supplies and a ton of effort and may still never get the mold all out or get rid of the smell. plan: Clear water from intake/intercoolers/piping/engine before anything else. change oil. replace ecu try to start the car. Check compression on engine. Ohm test injectors, probably lost at least one. etc etc sort the mechanicals out before starting on the interior or investing heavily in parts.
